4’rce training is an organisation which strives to understand the adverse issues and barriers to the productive development and learning of young people. 4’rce will respond to these needs through the design and delivery of innovative programs that REACH, RELATE, CHALLENGE and EMPOWER young people within themselves and within their local communities.

4’rce Values

To listen to the needs of young people and place them at the centre of all planning and development activities and initiatives.

To increase the skills, knowledge and awareness of young people in relation to their career choice, achievement, personal development and education.

To impart a sense of HOPE, VALUE, and SELF-BELIEF into the hearts of young people.

To create and maintain a healthy and safe learning environment which recognises and celebrates a mutual respect for diversity and the safety and welfare of young people and staff.

To equip our staff with the necessary knowledge, skills and resources to provide a high quality service to both young people and our customers.

To enable people with relevant life experiences, the opportunity to reinvest time and effort by making a positive contribution through volunteer work.

4'rce training delivers OCN, OCR, AQA and GCSE (maths, English language and literature, science and soon art).
